Mr. Paxton grew up in Stillwater, Oklahoma. He graduated college from Oklahoma State University and taught in Oklahoma for 32 years. He now is the high school math teacher here at Deerfield. Mr. Paxton has been married for 33 years and has a daughter, Jennifer; a son, Dustin; and a granddaughter, Jaylea.
