My name is Amy DeLaRosa. I am currently in my seventh year as Elementary Principal and second year as Superintendent of Schools. I started working for USD#216 is January of 1998 as middle school math instructor. I am a graduate of Holcomb High School and Fort Hays State University.
My husband, Richard, and I have two children - Trey (18) and Ellie (7). We are also foster parents to Marcis (10). Our family is rounded out by our cat (Sammie) and two very spoiled Boxers (Myles and Ace). In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, scrapbooking, taking photographs, and attending sporting events - especially football and baseball. I am a die-hard fan of the Nebraska Cornhuskers, Denver Broncos, and Kansas City Royals!
