Message from Randy Combs-My small Deerfield class but mighty Spartans had our last lesson and read our essays. We learned about the effects of alcohol and tobacco and the dangers of vaping. We learned about pressure and peer pressure. We learned how to respond confidently, how to deal with stress, how to report bullying and we learned about over the counter and prescription drugs. Most importantly we learned how to make safe and responsible decisions using the DARE Decision Making Model. Thank you Deerfield middle school and Ms. Myers. We will have our DARE Graduation on March 2nd with Lakin at 6:00 pm at the Lakin Middle school Gym.

Let's pack the stands this Friday night as our Spartans take on the Lakin Broncs in their final regular season game! Our seniors will be celebrated in between the varsity games. There is free admission to the games thanks to our game sponsor Dream First Bank!

Come out and help us celebrate our seniors who are participating in a winter or spring activity. We will celebrate them in between our varsity girls and boys games.
