Deerfield USD 216 - Home of the Spartans

Super proud of the Deerfield MS/HS XC teams today. We have 4 MS girls in the top 10. We had 4 MS boys in the top 10 with Daniel getting 3rd and Jeremiah getting 2nd place medals. We had 2 HS boys in the top 10 with Vayro getting a 9th place medal and Colton a 7th place medal. This week, students in Esports Media class were learning about Intellectual Property and recent cases involving topics like copyright infringement. They had to summarize three cases and create a flyer in Canva showcases their information. This is an important topic for students to understand going into their future employment for many industries. #InTheArena #Spartans216
