Yesterday we traveled to GCCC for Meats Judging and Food Science competition!
Our meats judging team placed 7th!
Our Food Science team placed 5th with Keely Petrus placing 9th overall!

2nd grade is learning about Author’s Purpose and wrote a persuasive paper trying to convince Mrs. Kelley to bring in a snack while they watch a movie! They are analyzing the movie for story structure and then are going to write their own story to learn about how to entertain the reader!
