Thank you to everyone who came out for our community meetings! We received a lot of helpful feedback about the future of Deerfield facilities. The Board of Education has called a special work session to discuss the community’s feedback and that will take place on Tuesday, November 8, at 6:30pm in the Library. They plan to discuss options but take no action. Their regularly scheduled Board meeting is November 14 at 6:30 in the Library. You can still give them your input by going to usd216.org/bond. There’s a link to see current building conditions, a link to the building and track/field options, and a third link to an online form to submit your feedback.
